Official Title: Associate Information Processing Consultant
Appointment: Academic Staff 100% fixed term (one year project position)

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the WPT Online team on web projects
- Architect and develop web functions and features with consideration of accessibility and performance
- Write efficient and well-documented code
- Improve internal tools, standards
- Actively participate in weekly meetings
- Diagnose and resolve bugs and support requests
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication skills
- Able to consistently meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail when creating and reviewing web content
- Understanding of RESTful Web Services technologies such as JSON, SOAP, and HTTP
- Understanding of responsive web development
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Experience using version control systems
The range for this position is $45,000 - $48,000. Actual pay is dependent upon qualifications, experience and official title.
