Cheesy BBQ Pork Welly- made with a Wisconsin staple: cheese! Puff pastry lined with bbq sauce, brown sugar ham, shredded cheddar cheese. . . surrounding a pork tenderloin.

It was a bit soggy (as I knew it would be) but it was delicious!
