Wisconsin Lattice Peach and Blueberry Pie
Tell us about your proudest moment — or humble failure — in this week’s baking challenge.
This was my first time making pie dough from scratch and making a lattice top. I’m really pleased with how the dough turned out and how the top looked. It could have used a little more time in the oven....a very soggy bottom, but the flavors were spot on!
Describe how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.
I used Wisconsin butter and decorated the top with a Wisconsin cut-out.
