How do you rate your baking performance?

Rocked it.

Give your pie a name based on the ingredients and decoration.

The Wellington Sausage Trio - three sausage Wellingtons: a classic with sausage, duxelles, and stoneground mustard; a Wisconsin favorite of sausage, sauerkraut, and a smoke house mustard; and my favorite of sausage with jalapeño and a medium cheddar cheese.

Tell us about your proudest moment — or humble failure — in this week’s baking challenge.

I've never worked with puff pastry before and I'm thrilled it held its shape and had layers even though I had to slice them up to let the grease escape. Week 5 and this is my best bake so far.

Describe how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.

I used two classic WI flavors to emulate a sauerkraut brat, and a cheddar jalapeño brat.
