Tell us about your proudest moment — or humble failure — in this week’s baking challenge.

Caramelized onions, mushrooms and spinach layered around seared beef tenderloin, encased in golden puff pastry...delicious! My proudest moment: discovering that the crust was delightfully crisp all around — no sogginess.

Describe how you added a Wisconsin twist to your creation.

My Wisconsin twist: including fresh mushrooms, onions and spinach from our farmers' market. And a golden crust decorated with a "W" (for Wisconsin...or for Wellington?).
