Packer's Way Petit Fours

Tell us about your creation's final texture after baking. Are you happy with it?

I was very pleased with the sponge cake and learned how to layer it with the homemade raspberry preserves... yummy. My family are dying to taste them now. I loved learning how to put royal icing over a water bath to get glazing texture just right.

Detail how you added a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or presentation.

How could you make petit fours in Wisconsin without giving them a little green and yellow with the gold beads and decorations? And of course to think of Wisconsin, I had to go with the red raspberry preserves.
