You’re invited! Join Wisconsin Public Television at a Special Community Conversation: Wisconsin Hometown Stories: Eau Claire.
WPT is proud to launch a new documentary project, the next film in our Wisconsin Hometown Stories series, which will tell the history of Eau Claire. Join us for a conversation that will help our producers learn more about area history, meet the people who have preserved history, discover photos and film, and identify critical stories. Please encourage your friends to join us for one of these community conversations. Help us discover the history of Eau Claire!

We also invite you to join Wisconsin Public Television for a 60-minute preview of The Vietnam War, a new 10-part documentary series produced by Ken Burns and Lynn Novick on Wednesday, Sept. 13 at 7pm at The Oxford at the Eau Claire Children's Theater. The screening will be accompanied by the exhibit Wisconsin Remembers: A Face for Every Name and will be followed by a panel discussion with area veterans talking about their experiences and reflecting on the film preview.
The event is free and open to the public. No RSVP is required.
