New vendors may register for Quilt Expo 2009 after October 15, 2008. Next year’s Quilt Expo being held on September 10, 11 and 12, 2009.

Quilt Expo Vendors:

You will want to include Quilt Expo 2009 in your projections. This forum for quilting enthusiasts of all levels and interests is presented by two well-recognized leaders in television and sewing – Wisconsin Public Television and Nancy Zieman Productions™. This annual Quilt Expo is targeted to an educated audience eager for quilting know-how. What a great way to showcase your products and meet new customers. In fact, we expect to draw over 14,000 attendees to this three-day event!

Hold the dates – September 10, 11, and 12, 2009! Located at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wis., Quilt Expo 2009 promises to be the event that quilters in the Midwest and beyond attend.

Commercial vendors may register according to the following booth rates:

(early registration is recommended. Booths, and floor position sell out quickly on a first come, first served basis.)

A standard booth includes a 10' x 10' area with one 8-ft. table, two chairs and a sign. The show is draped in gray. Additional equipment and electricity may be purchased through the Alliant Energy Center at additional cost. The Alliant Energy Center service forms are sent with the booth purchase confirmation. Vendor ingress is on Wednesday, September 9 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

A maximum of four, 3-day passes (per each purchased 10' x 10' booth) is available for vendor staffing and mailed with the confirmation packet three weeks prior to the actual show. Additional staff passes may be purchased at the rate of $5.00 each.

Three-day parking passes for unlimited access may be purchased at the rate of $15 each until September 1, 2009.

Non-profit vendors may register for a $100 fee.

Vendor criteria: products must be related to sewing, quilting and/or embroidery.
