Family Favs Mousse Cakes. Two different types of mousse cakes, an all chocolate one for my sister (with Badger inspired marks on top) and raspberry, lime, white chocolate ones for Mom, using our first ever batch of garden raspberries.

What was the biggest surprise during your baking journey? Did you use any unconventional approaches? What did you learn along the way? Tell us about it!

The less ingredients ... sometimes the harder the recipe. Also, some recipes are OK to experiment and some are not. Mousse is a tricky thing. Trying to make three different flavors of mousse without knowing how ... well.

How did you add a Wisconsin twist to your flavors or decoration?

The raspberries are from our own plants and the chocolate design was meant to mimic a badger's fur.
