Basil Yorkshire Pudding to go with Sunday roast chicken. I added chopped basil from the garden to complement the chicken — and used the chicken drippings for the fat. It was scrumptious!

Tell us about how you added a Wisconsin twist.
I used Wisconsin free range eggs from my hens and basil from my garden. Goes perfectly with Wisconsin Prairie Fumé from Wollersheim Winery!
