Kids and Yoga

Have you or your kids ever tried the practice of yoga?  Yoga is a great way to help kids keep fit physically and mentally, and it's a perfect activity for kids and adults of all ages and abilities to do together.  Yoga can teach kids the many ways their bodies can move, it can show them that they are stronger than they think, and it can help them focus and calm their busy minds.  Yoga can be practiced alone or in a group and doesn't require any special equipment, so it's a skill and activity kids can use for their whole lives!
