Halloween Activities

Rainy fall weather means staying inside and keeping warm – even if you’d rather be outside picking apples or jumping in leaves.

But a change in plans can be a great opportunity to get creative! Telling ghost stories, planning costumes, or trying out some autumnal craft projects can keep kids engaged and using their imaginations. Make some bright and fuzzy pipe-cleaner pumpkins or a crunched-leaf decoration that will last long after all the leaves have gone from the trees outside! Click here for instructions for pumpkins, or here for leaves. And get creative!
