Facing Fears

Exploring the world can be lots of fun, but sometimes new things can be a little scary.

The folks at Sesame Workshop have put together a Playlist of videos that address some common fears like noises in the dark, shadows, monsters, and the first day of school. The videos offer a variety of techniques to help your children face or redirect their fears, like making up a "thunder dance", or turning nighttime noises into a self-directed symphony. Visit the Sesame Workshop website to watch this Playlist and explore others.
