Seafood with Cucumber

Ingredients

Quantities are approximate and subject to taste:
1/2 Cucumber
2 Raw shrimp
Small slice of raw octopus
1 Tbsp. Raw crab
2 tsp. Raw salmon eggs and sesame seeds on top as garnish

Preparation

Place about ½ cup sliced cucumber on top of bamboo leaf (if desired).  Add reconstituted Wakame seaweed to the side.  Add sushi grade raw seafood on top. Pour 3-4 Tbsp. of sauce over top and serve.
