Salmon Hash

1 medium diced onion
2 diced red peppers
1 bulb fennel sliced
2 cloves minced garlic
1 large potato, diced and cooked
1 lb. fresh salmon cubed
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
Salt and pepper


In a non-stick span, sauté vegetables and salmon over high heat until salmon is just cooked through. Add basil and sauté for one minute more. Add salt and pepper to taste.
