Roasted Potatoes for Patatas Bravas

Ingredients

2 lbs Russet potatoes, peeled, cut into medium dice
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Black pepper

Preparation

1. Pre-heat oven to 350°
2. Take all ingredients and mix in a large mixing bowl until well incorporated
3. Place on a sheet tray and bake in oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown
4. Let cool and place in an air tight container in cooler
