Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce

1/3 cup peeled garlic cloves
1 cup olive oil
2 cups Half-and-Half
Salt and pepper


In a heavy-bottom sauce pan, roast garlic in oil over low heat until soft and mushy. Drain garlic and place in blender with Half-and-Half, and puree until smooth. Strain through a sieve and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over salmon or chicken.
