WPT to Broadcast National Memorial Day Concert Honoring U.S. Military
The annual National Memorial Day Concert from the West Lawn of the United States Capitol airs live on Wisconsin Public Television (WPT) at 7 p.m. Sunday, May 27. An encore broadcast will follow at 8:30 p.m.

The concert honors the service and sacrifice of our men and women in uniform, their families, and all those who have given their lives for our country.

Tribute co-hosts Gary Sinise and Joe Mantegna are joined by an all-star lineup of dignitaries, actors and musical artists. Guests include Colin L. Powell USA (Ret.); the rock band Daughtry; singers Natalie Cole and Trace Adkins; actors Selma Blair, Ellen Burstyn and Dennis Franz, and tenor Russell Watson in performance with the National Symphony Orchestra under the direction of conductor Jack Everly.
